It was late on a winter day a few years ago when I discovered the Big Red Barn at Rolling Fork, Mississippi. The wind was blowing and the sleet was beginning to fall when I turned my car sideways in the road and shot this photograph. The sky was changed to create the apocalyptic scene because I thought it fit. Unfortunately, the big red barn was reclaimed by nature in April of 2011.
