Known as the "most Southern place on Earth," the Mississippi Delta is full of surprises. It is a photographer's mecca, and there is something new to be seen around every corner. The Delta is said to begin "in the lobby of the Peabody Hotel in Memphis and end at Catfish Row in Vicksburg." It is a land of wealth while at the same time full of poverty, and is home to some of the proudest and friendliest people I have ever met. Enjoy your stay.
